1. Foundation bolts & Template Alignment
2. Dismantling & Unloading
3. Testing & Commissioning
4. Dismantling of LNA controller with LNA/ receive Cable, Elliptical/rigid waveguide and pack securely with ID tag Antenna side
5. Dismantling of AZ.EL/POL resolvers and Cables & pack securely with Bubble sheet and also tag ID Antenna side
6. Dismantling of Pol drive assembly if required or Leave inside the Hub with proper Packing by bubble sheet
7. Dismantling of Limit switches AZ/EL/POL along with cables and tag the ID as Antenna side and each limit. Cable
8. Dismantling of Flexible W/G & Diplexer, Secure Pack with bubble sheet all TX & RX port.
9. Dismantling of Feed Horn and pack securely with bubble sheet
10. Deploy Antenna in zenith position.
11. Make setup with Thedolite mount and Thedolite Topcon 2 sec at center of Antenna
12. Carried out all coordinate measurements at Night due to visibility of Laser beam
13. Measured focal length from sub reflector to vertex of Antenna.
14. Remove all Motor connections from ADU park ID as all cables ID motor side and phase marking.
15. Remove ADU from the Antenna Pedestal
16. Remove n pack dehydrator pipe and accessories
17. Remove Lighting arrestor
18. Ladder and platform

• From 15th Dec 2013:- Dismantling Activity:




Feed, Omt, waveguide,lmt swt,LNA,All cables platform, concrete fm anchor bolt, lebeling of anchor nuts at new position.

• From 18th Dec 2013:- Crane activity:

  
  
1. Installed lifting tabs for lifting the reflector.
2. Dismantled subreflector with quater pad, Reflector, Kpc legs, Kpc with AZ/EL jacks.
3. Installed Kpc with AZ/EL jacks, Kpc legs, Reflector, subreflector with quater pad.



• 22 th Dec 2013:-



1. Installed feed, OMT, change over switch, Tx waveguide fm OMT to KPC outer, Rx fm OMT to change over switch, AZ, EL & Pol motor power, limit, resolver cable, ADU, wave guide cover at padestial.



• 26 th Dec 2013:-



1. Installed rain blower pipe.
2. ADU connection, dressing of all cable.
3. Dismantled lifting tabs.
4. As per discussion regarding routing the waveguide fm bottom port of the Kpc so pls provide the angle for routing the waveguide inside the KPC.

1. Installed rain blower pipe.Installed rain blower pipe.
2. Align the antenna at ASIASAT 3S and find C/N 32dB.
3. Taken Rx pattern n required adjustment in subreflector n going on…..

2. Waveguide were fitted with angle.

2. Verified rain sensor, Receive cable, power cable.
